Getting Started — Web App

Download the Desktop Client
Download and run the typenet desktop client on your Windows PC. No installation required — just run the .exe.

Log in on Desktop
Open the desktop app and log in with your typ account credentials to establish a secure connection.

Open the Web App
Open the typ web app on your phone or any browser and log in with the same account.

Connect & Control
Once logged into both, they will pair automatically. You can now type text, capture screenshots, sync clipboard, and control your PC remotely.

Troubleshooting
- — Ensure both devices have internet access
- — Double-check you are logged into the exact same account on both desktop and web
- — Try refreshing the web app if the connection drops
- — Disable browser extensions if you experience issues
- — Make sure WebSocket connections are allowed by your firewall
